Yesterday I had plenty of time and not much to do, so I ended up walking around Stockholm with no real destination whatsoever. Just listening music, watching people and taking weird photos. I did visit Fotografiska though, and later we had a pretty nice meal at Stureplan before heading back home. I could do with more days like that.

Today, I found the way to Narnia.

Or so it seems: it's been snowing all day.♥

It might be a little late to talk about Christmas presents but however, I got this pearl necklace and I love it! I've noticed that it's almost impossible to find simple and delicate jewelry with a low price. The ones on chain stores are always big and often a bit... trashy, simplicity clearly is underrated. I really like the idea of having a beautiful item that looks good with everything, and is still wearable after ten (or a hundred!) years.

Which is going to be The Hound of the Baskervilles! (Or, The Hounds of Baskerville as BBC put it.) It was one of my very favourites when I was a kid... and it still is. Should be interesting. *-*

I've been obsessed with astrophotography for ages. When I get enough money for a telescope, you're going to see tons of night sky pictures. (There, I've warned you.)

We finally fetched my stuff from Pietarsaari a couple of days ago. Goodbye old apartment, next time I'll move closer to my current home... I hate sitting in a car for hours. (Btw, I took those pictures with my old Sony Cyber-Shot. :D 7,2MP... But they still look ok, I think)




Also, I'm being over-excited about getting back to 221B next sunday! I've been wating for this over a year. Aaand there are going to be some serious New Year's celebrations too. A nice weekend ahead!

Snow has been coming and going. I love it when everything is dark and bleak when I go to sleep but white and snowy when I wake up. But I hate, hate it when it's white and snowy when I go to sleep but dark and bleak when I wake up.

Gloomy weather needs bright colours, I guess. And I really like the combination of a simple, grey dress and red nails.
